Repair a Luxaflex blind . We had this room decorated, so decorater pulled blind down to do this . They did put it back up but every time we go to shut the blind , the clips don’t hold it & it falls down .

I got 5 window blinds to fix on my windows however they came with the width a bit longer. I found out i can cut it to fix on the window using an electric saw from tiktok wo i ordered an electric saw however i was unable to fix the saw. The fixing needs drill as well i think. But i don't own a drill. So basically i need the blinds cut to fit the size of the window and fixed.
