I have an old bathroom basin. The hot tap is producing a drip every 10 seconds. The drip has orange colouring in it — I think the washer in the tap is metal. The whole suite is old, as is the bathroom plumbing. I need the tap fixed immediately, before the drip escalates to a run, and starts giving me boiler problems. After that, I need to renovate the whole bathroom — replace the whole suite with something that looks more modern, tidy up the old piping, fit stop taps to the suite items to prevent future emergencies, replace the rusting radiator, put in a shower that actually produces hot water…. I need the tap done immediately, and the renovation done before winter comes. Thank you.

Needs to be smooth. The existing shower needs to be replaced and in the same place My budget is 6.5k total including materials. I have most of the materials but there is a couple of things that need to be purchased. For example clay, tougher glass and flush system.
