This needs to be completed either this Thursday (tomorrow) or Friday morning at the latest. There are active central heating pipes running directly above the skirting boards. You must be able to score the top caulk line and carefully pry the boards horizontally away from the wall. Absolutely NO vertical prying or upwards leverage can be used against the copper pipes. You must bring your own tools (utility knife, pry bars, hammer/mallet) to handle this safely

Hello! We are needing works to the ground floor and stairs of our property. The laminate needs replacing in the living/dining room along with the skirting boards (they have already been removed). In the hallway the laminate needs removing and replacing with tiles. The skirting boards also need replacing in the hallways. The carpet needs removing on the stairs and a runner to be installed with thr floor underneath primed and painted white. We will provide all materials. Floor plan attached, as mentioned it is only the living room/dining room plus stairs.
