Two years ago l lost my keys on the tube. They must have been thrown away as l never recovered them and TFL lost property never had them handed in. They contained my D Lock key and despite watching various You Tube videos, l haven’t been able to remove it. So l am trying to find someone with bolt cutters or an angle grinder who can remove it for me. I really miss riding my bike. There is a local bike fixing place near me, but l don’t have a car or am able to push it there to get it removed. If you’re able too come to me and remove it that would be great. Thank you

Hello, my parents need a key safe box installing outside in the brick wall. They already have the key safe. It just needs installing.

Ford Focus, 05 plate. The driver’s side door won’t open from outside, even with a replacement handle now fitted so the problem must be inside the door with something not catching. Door opens from inside but not outside.

I have my balcony door lock mechanism not working, it seems to be broken due to high winds and needs fixing.

I have two gates which both had brand need Borg Locks BL4401 fitted. And now neither lock is working. I think one gate has dropped a bit, which may be the problem. One of the locks was installed upside down - I’d like this to be corrected and the lock to be removed and fitted the right way. Inside sliding door handle is loose and doesn’t open door

We’ve swapped 2 internal doors, one with lock, one without. therefore there’s no hole fitted for the lock in the new doorframe, and the door doesn’t shut. We have the correct strike plate, it just needs fitting in doorframe.

Refelting and coni mechanism key lost and it needs to be reworked.

Our front door has always been quite stiff but had gotten progressively worse over the years and now only I can open it and my partner cannot so something needs to be done about it. It closes easily until the door touches the frame but then needs a lot of force to get the door far enough to line up with the latch and lock.
