Hire a rubbish remover for any job in Hove

I need help carrying the base of a reclining chair down one flight of stairs and into my van.

To pick up one sofa and one armchair from a bungalow in Seaford BN25 3LH and drive to BN3 6HR (near Hove station) to a ground floor flat. 11 April. The bungalow is down a short lane which the van may not be able to fit down - so it'll require walking up the lane, lifting both items and putting them in the van. I'll be at the other end to help lift if needed.
