They are both very heavy and will presumably require at least 2 strong people to lift. The basement is down 1 flight of stairs, and there are steps down into the back garden too. We have a wheelchair ramp at the front so this might be an alternative route to avoid the steps too.

2 person job! On the 4th May disconnect the old machine and take it down the stairs from the third floor. Leave it outside the main door. The company will then deliver a new machine on the 5th and take the old one away. So then you need to come back on the 5th in the evening or 6th and connect up the new machine. The machine will still need to be taken up one flight of stairs as the company will only take it just inside the front door. Many thanks Kieran and G

One of fridge freezers is in basement*, the other on ground floor and washing machine is in basement*. Need them carrying to the outside of house. If can take to the rubbish tip that would be good but just outside will do*. *it is likely the fridge freezer and washing machine in basement will need dismantling where they are, as they won’t fit up the stairs or through the width of the door. **i would like them taking to tip, not just leaving outside.
