Craig was punctual and assisted us with loading our van. Unfortunately 3 days (1 working day) after the job I received an angry whatsapp regarding delayed payment, accusing me of theft. It was my first time using the platform and I did not realise it needed to be 'released' after the job was completed. I immediately corrected this. No attempt to contact before accusing me of theft and on this basis I wouldn't recommed.
