Removal and disposal of a one double mattress

Move a king-size mattress from 2nd to 3rd floor. Move a queen-size mattress from 3rd to ground floor (see picture 1). Move a desk (unassembled) and an arm chair from ground to 3rd floor. We have stairs. Expected to take about half an hour or a bit more, better to have two people coming. After the above is done, there is optional bonus work (will pay extra fifty): assemble the desk with height-adjustment (see picture 2), hang two coat hangers, and one painting. Please bring a drill.
