Robert and his colleague provided an excellent service. They were polite and professional with a positive can-do attitude. It was a tricky job that involved lifting a huge heavy American Fridge Freezer up a narrow set of stairs and a slim hall way. Robert is the ultimate professional who possesses immaculate technical skills and an amazing attitude, who went above and beyond to get a complex job done in very difficult circumstances. I ordered the latest Fridge Freezer without thinking about how to get it into my small flat, via narrow doorways and awkward and tight staircase. The delivery company just left it outside, blocking the entrance, and I went into panic mode as I had to get it inside my flat (2nd floor). I posted a job and not many people fancied it, having explained the details, but Robert responded and i knew from his profile that he would be the man to get me out of this crisis. It was getting late in the day and I just couldn't leave an expensive fridge outside, so I asked him to come asap. He had another job but he somehow managed to re-arrange and came within the hour, dismantled a complex fridge outside in the dark and cold and got it through tight spaces to may relief. Amazing service.
