I need the painter to get rid of paint at the local recycling centre if any unused or need disposing of as I do not want problems with drainage at home. I want the painter to take care of my blinds, furniture and carpets when doing the job. I need someone reliable who can start the job and finish it properly. The living room is medium and the bedroom is small size. The location will be in Preston, Lancashire.

Paint a wall dark pink (paint to be provided advice on how much to get would be useful). I want a dark colour, so it will require many coats but it is currently wallpapered. I will take advice as to whether it is better to remove that first or paint over it.
