I need someone to paint my (currently grey) microcement floor with grey floor paint, which I’ll supply (10L). It’s been down around 6 years and it’s showing its age a bit. -The larger furniture (mainly the sofa and dining table) will need to be moved out on to the patio and covered with tarp. -The kitchen island will need taping off/protecting, as will the skirting boards. -The floor will need a light sand and clean. -The first coat of Bedec Acrylic Floor Paint in Light Grey will need to be applied. -Then there’ll be a drying time of 4 hours before the second coat will need to be applied, so the job may need to be done over two days. The area is approximately 40m2 and I’d like it done before winter sets in. I’m looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who takes pride in the quality of their work.

Requires 2 x coats of paint on ceiling, coving, walls and skirting boards in open plan kitchen and dining room, and living room. Living room is yellow pink walls and ceilings, skirting board and architrave is chocolate colour. Kitchen and dining room is Portland stone walls, slaked lime ceiling, skirting and architrave. All little greene emulsion.

I have 4 small Ercol dining chairs that are mostly sanded however do require some hand-finishing with finer sand paper on the seat, legs and spindles. These also need to be primed and painted - I have the primer and the paint ready to go. 1 chair is also in-need of putting back together using some wood glue (which I have). The job would need to be completed outside on our terrace which is partly shaded and I am totally flexible with dates/times/how many days its completed over.

Hall /staircase has been panelled needs painted. Kitchen and dining room just needs freshened with white/neutral, and dining room ceiling has just been plastered

We have walls in an L-shaped living room and up the staircase to paint. Dimensions are approx. 7 by 6 meters for the living/dining and approx. 4 x 1.5 meters for the staircase. We are looking for a skilled decorator to repaint our open plan kitchen dining room space, which is now 10 years old and needs a refresh. The kitchen area has some roof skylights, and one corner of the ceiling needs to be sealed following some water ingress (now fixed), plus we would ideally like radiators to be drained to do a thorough job, and woodwork decorated too. Based in Harrow, and looking for the job to be complete by 27th March ahead of a family holiday and new sofa being delivered.
