Office needs to be painted, for end of tenancy. There is a damp patch around 20 cm by 20 cm that needs to covered. Paint will be provided. Needs to be painted white.

We have a small office located in the basement of our medical clinic that requires a full repaint, along with plastering works to repair cracks and chipped areas. I have attached photographs of the space, together with a floor plan showing the relevant measurements highlighted in yellow for your reference. The scope of works should also include painting the ceiling, door, and window frames. Could you please provide the following: An estimated timeframe for completion (number of working days), as we will need to make the necessary arrangements. The total cost, including all materials and paint. We are aiming to have this work carried out in June, however, at this stage we are obtaining quotations to present to our manager for approval.
