Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom). EDIT: I would need you to provide all materials. You will need to coordinate with the tenants for access at a mutually convenient time. I will put you in touch once the job is allocated.

i have a lock/key box i need fitted to the outside wall. its five screws but will need five holes drilled into brickwall.

The handle and the key is already in the door but the previous person that did it before did not put it in place properly and I was not here to inspect it unfortunately. The door is not able to close and lock as the hook is out of place.
