Need a handyman/carpenter to install a keyed lock on an internal storage room door. Existing door has a standard lever handle and tubular latch. I have purchased a complete euro lock handle, sash lock and cylinder set. Installation will require enlarging the latch mortice and drilling for the cylinder.

Internal lock to be changed - I do not have the new lock fitting myself. It just needs to be a key one side and a turnstile the other (how it already is, but replaced). Thanks for any help!

I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom). EDIT: I would need you to provide all materials. You will need to coordinate with the tenants for access at a mutually convenient time. I will put you in touch once the job is allocated.

We have two bathroom privacy locks which do not work properly (they were installed by a previous tasker). They do not lock properly and at least one of the doors swings open, because there is no latch, meaning the door is in the way of the corridor. I need someone to fix the privacy latches so that they lock properly to give the person in the bathroom privacy and adjust the doors so that they do not swing open when the door is unlocked.

Repair splintered frame on internal door: Needs a small section of the door frame cut out, a new piece of wood of correct size for the hole glued in, filling, sanding, and the strike plate re-fitted. The part of the bathroom door lock that goes into the wall needs some filing so that the door bolt can start sliding into the hole. The bolt and the hole are currently vertically mis aligned by few millimetres

The handle and the key is already in the door but the previous person that did it before did not put it in place properly and I was not here to inspect it unfortunately. The door is not able to close and lock as the hook is out of place.
