I require the following jobs done at a terrace house in Peckham Rye: 1. Front door: replace the existing main door dead/mortice lock with a lock that can be opened from the inside without use of a key, i.e. thumb turn. Ideally, please provide 1 key per tenant, plus 1 spare for the agent = total of 5 keys. If you cannot do this, please let me know how many keys you can provide and I will arrange with the tenants to organise additional copies. 2. Bedrooms: neatly fill all bedroom door keyholes with a solid filler to ensure that the locks are rendered permanently inoperable. There are 3 bedrooms but I don't recall if they all have keyholes, there might just be two. 3. Bathrooms: remove the latches on the upstairs and downstairs bathroom doors and add a privacy lock which can be operated by thumb-turn mechanism alone. There are 2 bathrooms with one door each. I have photos of some but not all the doors in question (apologies for the poor quality one, this is a screenshot from a video I took of the middle bedroom). The locking mechanism on our back door has jammed shut. We can no longer open the door. We have attempted to remove the handle ourselves but the screw has stripped so will likely need someone with specialised screw removal gear. Looking to get this task sorted out asap.

Install Yale PBS1 lock on street door: Lock has been bought and partly fitted but it needs a mortice slot chiseled out of the frame and/or door. Repair splintered frame on internal door: Needs a small section of the door frame cut out, a new piece of wood of correct size for the hole glued in, filling, sanding, and the strike plate re-fitted. I have the lock.

A key has broken inside an Abus padlock, so now I cannot open it. The padlock needs to be removed, so either unscrewed from the bike shed or the padlock opened somehow!

Front door handle has become loose and partially detached from the door. The handle no longer opens the door properly and the internal mechanism seems disconnected.
