I have a new extension that is approx 35 sqm, I need 6mm hybrid flooring installed. Also need the front entrance and pantry done (about 2.5 sqm) each. The main extension area will connect to existing polished floorboards, I'd like a trim that blends in with the floorboard/hybrid flooring. I want someone experienced in doing hybrid flooring installation that connects to existing polished floorboards. Please include all trims, materials and hybrid flooring in your offer. Please make sure the 6mm hybrid flooring has inbuilt underlay. One last thing, you may or may not need to grind 1 mm of concrete subfloor where the main extension area connects to the polished floorboards (200cm x 10cm), you will need to determine this onsite. If this changes your offer, please specify it. Thanks

I need an experienced flooring installer to help fix my hybrid flooring job. I accidentally installed the wrong underlay under my Smart Home Products Aquaguard hybrid flooring (which already has pre-attached acoustic underlay). Now it needs to be reinstalled properly and levelled. Work required: • Remove the incorrect underlay • Level the subfloor (yellow tongue base) – some areas are slightly uneven • Reinstall the hybrid flooring correctly (click-lock type, 5.5 mm) • Check and fix 1–2 damaged short-edge lock joints • Move a few loose cabinets (not fixed, just sitting on top of the floor) • If needed, go to Bunnings to help buy extra matching planks (I’ll cover the cost of materials separately) • Make sure the finished floor is even, secure and neat Details: • Room size: approx. 18-19m² for laundry, kitchen and dinning (Floorplan uploaded) • All existing flooring is on site • Need own tools for removal, levelling and installation • Please include levelling compound or materials in your quote if required
