The room is approximately 19 square metres, with newly installed vinyl flooring. I need a clean, professional finish around the full perimeter where the flooring meets the skirting boards/walls. I need a skilled handyman or kitchen fitter to repair a damaged housing unit for an integrated fridge, and to install the a new fridge into the unit. Tasks: 1. Reinforce/Repair: The bottom shelf/floor of the kitchen carcass is unstable and shifting. It needs to be leveled and reinforced to safely hold a 70kg appliance. Cabinet floor dimensions: 57cm x 56cm 2. Installation: Slide the new integrated fridge into the repaired housing. 3. Door Attachment: Attach the wooden kitchen decor doors to the fridge using the slider/hinge kit provided. * Must have experience with integrated kitchen cabinetry. Please bring your own tools (spirit level, drill, etc.) and any standard brackets/timber scraps needed for reinforcement. I have the bag of fittings for the new fridge.

Want to get my house valued so want to tidy up the area above the front door. The putty has come away around the window frame and caused a line on the masonry around the periphery of the window that I want filled in and/or painted over. Also, there’s a small amount of pointing and a bit of correction to some paint that dripped on the brickwork. You’d need a good ladder as the house is somewhat elevated with steps at the front door.
