Pergola Assembly with add I need an experienced handyman / installer to assemble and install a small pergola or covered garden structure in my back garden in Fulham, London. The garden is a small ground-floor concrete courtyard with an uneven shape. The main cover area will be approximately 3m x 3m, but I may need advice on the best way to position it within the space. I need a competent roofer/handyman to install 4 × Aiko Neostar 2S 465W solar panels on the SE-facing slated roof of a new-build house in W7. Scope of work: Collect the 4 rigid panels from ground level (each 21 kg, 1757 × 1134 mm – will not fit through Velux window). Carry panels safely up ladder to roof. Fit panels using the mounting kit I will supply (rails, slate hooks, flashing, clamps). Run 4 pairs of MC4 extension cables neatly down the roof and into the top-floor bedroom via Velux or suitable entry point. Secure cables on roof and inside loft/bedroom area. Important: No electrical work required on consumer unit, RCD board, or any wiring. All mounting hardware and cables will be supplied. Just mechanical fixing and cable routing. Please quote for the full job including ladder access and safe handling of panels.

1). Swap old Envirovent Silent 100 bathroom extractor fan with new Devola 100mm Axial extractor fan with humidity sensor and timer - both to be set. 2). Use filler in pictures to seal holes in cealing around hose in extractor hood and wear collar around it. See pictures for click on collar. Wear mesh guard caps at both ends of the hose that is in the extractor hood to prevent creepy crawlers coming indoors from the roof outside. Very tall ladder / telescopic ladder will be required as the walls are very tall. 3). Scrape off old mastic around shower tray and clean it off thoroughly, then apply white mastic / sealant provided, to stop water leak into ceiling on floor below. £100.00 Labour only for all 3x tasks … All materials provided by us… Thank you… ASAP job… Thank you.

I need somebody to fit a TV aerial on my chimney. You will need a ladder of suitable length. We live in an end of terrace Victorian house, so there is side access for the ladder. I would like the ariel fitted to the rear of the chimney so that it is not visible from the front of the house and furthest from the active chimney cowl at the front. We live close to the crystal palace transmitter, so I am expecting to see very high signal strength. I have a SLX ariel signal meter you are welcome to use. I plan to buy the following: • Ariel: Antiference LP20 (passive) • Cable: Labgear PF100 25m black • Cable clips Please let me know what sort of bracket/pole is needed and I can arrange this too. I need you to fit the aerial and neatly run the cable along the edge of the roof and down the side of the house next to telephone cable. Nothing more, I will take the cable into the house and terminate myself. Expecting your costs to be labour only. I will arrange parking permit for you. Happy to pay cash. No rush to complete job.
