- We have a 60 page technical engineer's report that covers a range of defects in our block of 4 townhouses that were built in 2021. - the townhouses are three storeys, with flat steel roof, balconies etc - Most of the defects relate to roofing, gutters, downpipes etc. - We want an EXPERIENCED AND QUALIFIED roof plumber to review this report and provide an estimate to do the work that is outlined in the report - We DON'T want a detailed quote (yet) - just an overall indication of likely costs - the report is high quality with loads of specs and pictures, so we think the estimate could be done well enough without coming to the property - So this task is paying for your time and expertise only, no physical work or materials are expected - we expect a written response, giving an overall estimate, plus some key risks and issues
