Handyman/Gardener Required – Roof Terrace Clearance I need an experienced handyman or gardener to carry out the following work on my roof terrace: Cut down and remove 2 large olive trees. Repot 1 existing plant. Empty and remove the soil from 3 large planters. Remove all tree cuttings, soil and any unwanted pots from the property, disposing of everything responsibly. Important access information: The roof terrace is accessed through the house and down two flights of stairs. The olive trees cannot be removed whole. They must be carefully cut into manageable sections and bagged before being taken through the house to avoid any damage to the interior. Soil should also be removed in manageable bags/batches rather than all at once. Planter size: The planters are approximately 52 cm × 52 cm × 52 cm, so they are large and heavy. Please note: Care must be taken at all times to protect the house while moving materials through it. Once the work is complete, please sweep, clean and leave the roof terrace tidy. Currently I have metal ties holding my S hook in place for my driveway chain management. The metal zip tie is not a reliable method, therefore, I'm looking to install a hook directly onto the metal beam. It's important that the installer can add this to the beam securely without affecting the structural integrity of the car bay roof.
