I’m looking for a highly experienced and qualified plumber (with solid tiling and making-good capability, or a team) to properly diagnose and resolve a persistent leak affecting a bathroom with three sinks. This is not a patch job. I need someone who can take a thorough, investigative approach and leave everything fully restored afterwards. Scope of Work: - Carefully remove approximately 3–4 rows of tiles beneath all three sinks to access pipework - Open and inspect all plumbing under the sinks - Identify and permanently fix the source of the leak - Check for any additional plumbing issues and resolve them as part of the job - If required, access plumbing from the adjacent bedroom by opening the wall - Make good any wall openings in the bedroom, including plastering and repainting to a clean finish - Re-tile all removed/damaged bathroom areas to match existing as closely as possible - Ensure all finishes are neat, aligned, and professionally completed Additional Bathroom Work: - Fully reseal the shower area - Remove all existing silicone from corners and edges - Apply new, clean silicone sealing to ensure a watertight finish Please note: - You must have proven experience in plumbing leak detection and repair - Strong tiling and finishing skills (or access to a team who does) - Clean, careful workmanship – this is a finished home, not a building site - Ability to diagnose properly, not just treat symptoms - All tools and materials supplied (unless otherwise agreed) When quoting, please include: - Labour cost breakdown - Estimated timeline - Confirmation of what materials are included - Examples of similar work (photos preferred) I’m looking for someone who will be doing the job properly the first time. Is presentable and organised.

I recently purchased a ProBreeze 14,000 BTU portable air conditioner, and I’m experiencing a fault right out of the box. Upon setting it up according to the user guide, the unit immediately displays an “EF” error code* on the screen. I have followed all troubleshooting steps, including: Ensuring the unit is level and vented properly Verifying that both drain plugs are secured Attempting a soft reset by unplugging for 15 minutes Trying various mode settings (Cool, Fan, etc.) Despite this, the EF error persists*, and there is no water in the tank to drain. I believe this may be due to a faulty evaporator temperature sensor or an internal defect.
