I’m having a shower valve replaced, so there’ll be a small section of tiles around the valve to retile afterwards. The plumber will be removing the tiles and installing the new valve, so it’s just a tidy retile of that area. I already have matching replacement tiles and can supply grout.

Two part repair. 1. Bathtub plug and overflow requires repair. Mechanism for plug hole not working. Plug will not drop down as mechanism will not turn. Overflow moving around and not sealed. Tiled in bathtub. Tiles would need careful removal and placed back with sealant. 2. Thermostat on shower not functioning. Spins round and won’t keep water temperature stable.
