We’re doing some light Reno work in our home and juggling furniture around across our home as well as installing a new shower door & shower head. The works would breakdown as follows: 1.Moving a double chest of drawers from one bedroom to another. 2. Moving a desk, single chest of drawers & sofa to another level of the house. 3. Remove mould/grime from two bathrooms, including in silicone seals, shower tray base, hose for shower, and shower heads. Bathroom one (limited mould): - some of the silicone - the shampoo holder (shown in photo) - a yellow stain in the shower tray base where a bathmat was (photo included) Second bathroom (extensive mould): - the mould is on the walls and ceiling (worst parts are shown in the photos) - walls and ceiling need treating and repainting with a Zinsser BIN shellac-based primer and two topcoat finish coats using bathroom-grade paint with a mould inhibitor - shower heads, hose, glass screen fittings, silicone, all need redoing/cleaning I'm looking for a professional with previous experience treating mould. I'd like a proper treatment, rather than just a wipe down. Please supply all materials and bring your own tools. A new extractor fan is being installed to help ensure the mould does not come back.
