Hi, I’m looking for a quote to complete some work on a bathroom. Please see the attached photos for reference. The work required is: * Tile the bathroom floor. * Tile the shower/bath area, including the wall around the shower. * Use different tiles along the side of the bath as part of the design. * Install a new vanity unit and sink. * Install a mirror above the vanity. * Install a towel radiator. * Install a shower screen. * Replace the existing bathroom taps. * Replace the existing shower holder/shower fitting. * Prepare and make good the existing walls where necessary, including filling/sanding any damaged or uneven areas. * Paint the remaining bathroom walls once the other work is completed. Could you please provide two quotes: 1. Including all paint/materials required for the painting work 2. Labour only for the painting work, with paint supplied by me Please include labour, preparation, installation, tiling, grouting/sealing and any other necessary materials in the quote, and let me know if there are any additional works you would recommend once you have inspected the bathroom. I’d also appreciate the quote being broken down by each area of work where possible.

Reseal shower screen & repair IKEA wardrobe sliding door Detailed description: Looking for a reliable handyman for two small jobs in an SW9 apartment: 1. Shower screen repair/reseal A small section of sealant around the base of the shower screen has deteriorated and has heavy old build-up. The rest of the silicone is good, so this is not a full bathroom reseal. Please remove the failed sealant/build-up, clean and strip the area back properly, then neatly reseal. I also have a new shower seal ready to be fitted. 2. IKEA wardrobe repair A sliding wardrobe door has come off its runners and become lodged, so we can’t currently open the wardrobe. Please free the door, refit/repair the runners as needed and get it sliding properly again. Ideally someone experienced in both bathroom sealing and basic wardrobe repairs, with the necessary tools.
