We have a single glass pane shower screen (800cm) that we need taken down and a new folding screen put in its place (metal, 4 panels, glass inside, 1m). I'm not sure I could drill the holes right to get the water tight seal at the bottom, so I need some help. (Ignore circle in second photo)

The shower tray/ something behind has been leaking, not a huge issue whatever it is behind there but the base of the shower tray is wearing away as it’s wet behind there. We don’t want to replace the whole bathroom, the plan is to remove the enclosure and shower tray, assess the leak, fix it at the source and reapply a new shower tray and enclosure. The waste should be moved over to the left of the shower tray for accessibility in future, Kindly advise on how you would address the issue and furthermore if the same shower enclosure could be used. Materials will all be provided. Need this done asap I’ve set a baseline price to get an idea of price and quote. Obviously I’m flexible on this depending on the scope of the works. Note: we have some spare tiles if any are damaged or need replacing during removal of shower try/enclosure

Hi, I'd like a quote for two small jobs at a flat in E2 9DP, done in one visit. Parts are already on site. 1. Indesit DSIE 2B10 UK N integrated 45cm dishwasher: both front adjustable feet are bent and the machine leans, so the door won't close. Slide it out, fit the new feet, level it and set it to worktop height, check the door closes and lines up, fix the top brackets to the worktop, refit the plinth and run a test cycle. Please check the threaded sockets in the base aren't damaged. 2. Shower: replace the broken clip on the wall-mounted handset holder, reusing the existing holes if possible.

Group Head Maintenance: Inspect and replace group gaskets/rubber seals as needed to prevent leaking around the portafilters. General Health Check: Test boiler pressure, steam wands, hot water delivery, and volumetric keypad functionality. Leak Inspection: Check internal/external hoses and drainage for blockages or leaks.
