Hello a. Silicone in 2 showers. The silicone around the shower tray and up the wall from the corners needs to be replaced. Some of the silicone has mould in it - so I would like the existing silicone cut out, the surface cleaned thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol or white spirit or other appropriate chemical, and new mould-resistant silicone applied smoothly. b. I also need silicone removed/applied to the back of a kitchen counter. c. I also need silicone applied to part of the wall which is next to a balcony as, oftentimes, little ants are walking in through the cracks. I'd be grateful for any assistance.

I am wanting to renovate my bathroom. The space is 180 x 230cm. This renovation will include fitting a new flooring, tiling, radiator, shower, sink, toilet, e.t.c. I will also need a wall made in the middle of where the bath currently is. Left side will be for washing machine and dryer and the right side for a shower. We need to install an LED screen (already assembled from modules). Scope of work: • Mount the screen indoors • Install the structure so that the supports (2 legs/stands) are fixed to the ceiling, not the floor (the floor is uneven) • Securely fix the screen in a vertical position • Connect power and network cables (everything is connected already) • Neatly organize and route all cables • Test the screen after installation Additional details: • The screen consists of LED panels (already assembled) • Metal mounting supports are available (see photos) • Installation location: near a window, under the ceiling Important: • Experience with ceiling-mounted installations is required • The mounting must be safe and secure (the screen has significant weight)

Hi Looking for reliable workmen to fix/replace the plaster on one wall where water has come through from a leak in the shower next door, then to replace the old aluminium windows with new double glazing and take down the ceiling above the window and replace the drywall as it’s rotted due to water damage, I would need it done all in one week can upload more pictures if needed
