Need data conduit installed from our outside wall into the roof cavity for pulling NBN fibre cable through to garage. The conduit will go across to the garage where we need a Builtboard Networking cabinet installed with electrical near a power point for the NBN NTD modem. Then run conduit to second bedroom for a CAT6e cable. Install a network port in the room & expand 2 power points to 4 power points.

My elderly father’s internet stopped working and he can’t get it back up himself. It was my fault.. I moved the modem to clean under it 🤦🏽‍♀️ I also can’t get it working again. It’s a black Optus modem and the DSL light is off. All other lights are on. This needs to be done in person.

I’ve connected a TP-Link VX230v router via DSL for a Launtel FTTB connection (VDSL + Dynamic IP, no VLAN), but it’s still not connecting to the internet. I need someone to come to my apartment in Melbourne CBD (31 A’Beckett St) and check the wall socket and setup. Must be familiar with Launtel or VDSL setups. I’ve already configured the router as instructed by Launtel. Likely issue is wall port activation or line testing.
