Hi All. Anyone know who is able to fix coffee machines? Have a BES920BSS Breville dual boiler. Everything works fine except the milk frother steam wand is not heating and most likely is the thermal fuse to be replaced as it makes the beeping sound when trying to activate it by the wand which is indicating its not heated or hot but everything else is hot in the machine the water for the tea extra or the coffee comes down for expresso hot etc. Your help is appreciated and someone who is decent priced.

Hi there, I'm looking for a carpenter or builder who can custom-make floating corner shelves, similar to the style in the image attached. I've also included detailed plans with measurements and a suggested construction method — the design aims to keep costs down by avoiding large curved timber sheets. The wall is standard gyprock, and we’re happy to use pine or whatever timber is most affordable, as the shelves will be painted. We need six shelves in total. They’re only holding lightweight cardboard boxes, so they don’t need to support heavy loads. The shelves are for a showroom installation in Melbourne at the end of July. We’re based in WA and can arrange transport, but ideally, you’re based in Victoria. I also need some custom tables made for the space, so if you’re able to help with both, even better — I’d love to work with the same person across everything. Thanks! Claire

Got a scratch on my side skirt that I fixed, patched & primed, however the top coat clear didn't come out good. So need to be all sanded back down and primed potentially. Then base and top coated.

we have recently knocked down our back wall and installed bi-folds into the garden. we are looking for someone to draw up a design of what it will look like with a deck, a gable, how it will connect in with the adjacent pool and outdoor patio. I've attached a picture of current house (the 2 windows are now 2 x bi fold doors). i'm extremely clear on what I want, but need to have it drawn up so that i can get buy in from husband and i can give to trades people. i've attached a couple of inspo pics, but i've got a brief drawn up and can provide measurements etc. I've listed price as $5 as a placeholder as I have no idea what this costs, but please provide a realistic estimate. thankyou
