Hi, we recently moved into a newly built home and are trying to set up our internet connection through the Opticomm network. An internet provider advised that installation cannot proceed because there may be an issue with our lead-in conduit (LIC) or another connection problem. They suggested that a licensed cabling contractor may need to inspect and complete remediation work if the conduit is blocked or damaged. We are looking for a licensed cabler who can: • Inspect the lead-in conduit from the street to the house • Identify any blockage or issue preventing the internet installation • Advise or complete the necessary remediation if possible There is a small white Opticomm box already installed in the garage. Please let us know your experience with Opticomm connections and what the likely fix might be. Thank you.

I’m looking for someone to help with the following tasks: 1) Replace an existing doorbell, swapping from Eufy to Reolink. Ethernet run is directly behind doorbell, its directly through the brick wall, currently its connected by power cable. 2) Install a roof mounted camera and run an Ethernet cable through the roof space. (Two options, run cable from switch or add a POE switch to an existing ethernet cable run in roof space). 3) Run an Ethernet cable to the side of the house, to be connected to a modbus device. I can provide more details and photos during discussion. (Couple options, either running ethernet up to roof and down side of house or use nearby POE camera. 4) Wall mount a monitor, run Ethernet down void space from roof and add wall plate to run cables through. I have a single 20m CAT 6 ethernet cable that can be used, all the equipment for the wall mounted monitor I have. Please see attached images, photos of my network switch, and corresponding photos of tasks.
