House has had some mould issues, nothing crazy but something to note. I will add photos after the weekend, I’m away at the moment List from the real estate: Carpets should be clean. 4. Walls must be washed to remove any dirty marks including light fittings, blinds and curtains. 5. Dirt and oil marks on external concrete to be removed. (Garage etc.) 6. All personal property to be removed. 7. Inventory (where applicable) to be in accordance with the lease. 8. If any light bulbs are missing, these should be replaced. Lawns and gardens to be left maintained clean and tidy and all rubbish must be removed from the premises. Any damage to the premises by the tenant must be repaired at his/her own expense. THE KITCHEN a)The bench-tops must be wiped over. b)Stove top must be cleaned, including drip trays. C)Griller trays and oven must be properly cleaned and we recommend the use of an appropriate cleanser. d) Inside and outside of the cupboard must be wiped over so that no sticky marks or dirt remains. e)Floor must be swept and moped. f)Sink and disposal unit (if applicable) must be cleaned. 12.
