Cleaning services I've just had some painters in and there is residual dust. So cleaning by hand. Wiping down kitchen cupboards. Cleaning of insides of cupboards (cupboards empty). Cleaning of floors (vacuum, mop, and then finish by hand). Wiping down bookcase (empty). Wiping down of chairs. Wiping down tables and table legs. Wiping down desk and computer monitor. Wiping down front door. Wiping down everything really. Cleaning bathroom. And I also need you to put on a clean, fresh fitted sheet on the bed. Moving items to enable cleaning. If you are happy and proactive, please respond. 3.5 hours @ $80 per hour. Parking permit provided so you can park on the street. Or very close to Central Station.

We are moving in at this property on 26th March. While owners have cleaned the property before handing it over to us, we would like to get an additional clean arranged on 26th March 10 am. We are getting stuff moved in the afternoon of 26th March. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. Cleaning will require dusting, mopping, toilets clean, cupboard dusting and then wiping with wet cloth, kitchen clean. Cleaning of outside deck, vacuum of carport and garage. It was a clean house but due to no occupancy for 3-4 weeks, we expect some dust and cobweb might have settled. Please bring in your vacuum, cleaning stuff, mop, broom as we would be just moving in. House will be empty if we start at around 10 am. We are expecting it to be a roughly 3.5 hours, 2 cleaners job. I had posted this job earlier but with wrong date, hence reposting and hence needing your quotes again.
