Installed some Windows 10 updates (not 11). After doing so, when I attempt to login to my main user, I get the error code “ Your credentials cannot be verified.” and “Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available (status: 0x000006d, substatus: Oxc0070005). Click to set up your PIN again.“ I have tried several troubleshooting efforts: forgot pin, Safe Mode entry, recovery point, etc; however each time I am ultimately required to enter password and some error occurs.

My desktop gaming PC is stuck on the BIOS splash screen (AORUS logo) during the POST (Power-On Self Test) phase. It shows the usual prompts like "Press Delete, F2 or END to enter BIOS," but it's completely unresponsive to keyboard input. What I've already tried: Swapped between two working USB keyboards – no response. Tried to boot from a Windows 11 bootable USB – still stuck. Hard shutdown/restart multiple times to try forcing BIOS recovery – no luck. It seems to freeze during POST or isn't detecting input devices. I need someone experienced with hardware diagnostics and BIOS/UEFI troubleshooting to help get it working again. What I need: Get the PC booting properly into Windows Ensure drivers are correctly installed and updated My main goal is to get back to using my PC for gaming with everything working properly. No recent hardware or software changes Located in Palmerston Gungahlin area in Canberra. Please only respond if you have solid experience with desktop PC troubleshooting, BIOS issues, and general system optimisation. Thanks!
