First of all, I was on windows 10 using it normally. Then i saw a strange file so i decided to remove it. From there i kept playing video games then out of no where blue screen and my pc kept crashing everytime i would boot it on, even on safe mode. So I decided to re download windows, and also i moved to windows 11, but the same problem kept coming back, so then i removed graphics card to see if it was it, and removed the battery for 5 minutes, I booted it on and it worked perfectly fine but then tried to put gpu back from there i get no display from my computer anymore. But the computer turns on.

RTX 5070 Ti is physically installed and powered, but there is no display from the GPU and Windows only works through the motherboard output. The PC has already been returned to the builder once and came back with the same fault. I want an on-site visit only. What is the exact maximum I would pay if you diagnose and fix it at my home
