Hello, We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to carry out a full tools inventory across 7 company vans located across London. Each van is parked at a different location, so the role will involve travelling between sites and documenting all tools and equipment in each vehicle. What we need: A full inventory of tools in each van Creation of a clear, well-structured spreadsheet system (or alternative solution) to track tools Suggestions on how best to manage and maintain this inventory going forward Flagging any missing or damaged items Requirements: Strong admin skills and attention to detail Confident using Excel / Google Sheets (or similar) Organised, proactive, and able to work independently Ideally London-based due to travel between vans Bonus if you can: Recommend a simple system for ongoing tracking (e.g. monthly checks, QR tagging, app-based solutions, etc.) Additional info: This could become a regular monthly or quarterly role for the right person to carry out checks and report back Flexible timing, but ideally completed within an agreed timeframe Please include: A brief outline of how you would approach this task Any relevant experience Thanks!
