About 50 +/1 invoices to reconcile. I will give you access to a group of folders. 1) Clean up folder files, remove duplicates, file convention renaming 2) Add to existing Excel workbook: 2a) Enter invoices and invoice detail - macro and line item detail, across 3 main suppliers (with a few additional), hyperlink to invoice file, reconcile/ match and hyperlink receipts where available. 2b) data entry line item details into separate worksheets, reconcile totals 3) enter payments made into trust accounts and track payments to invoices where less money in trust, 4) for current trust balance - setup on dashboard to keep track of payments made against monies in trust balance, and identify remaining 5) separate worksheet for (a) credit line (completed), (b) loan, and keep track of draw-downs from loan to payments in trust and/ or separate invoices, (c) keep track of payments made to loans and dashboard amts remanining 6) separate worksheets for other expenses/ disbursements - categorise and tally 7) create dashboard pulling in totals from other worksheets 8) use cost agreement price per item to reconcile line items charge validity (more so for current to future, and after that, then historical) 9) setup workbook for easier entry, i.e. automation/ methodology., enabling forecast and easier budgeting 10) output to include cleansed folders and correct file naming, all hyperlinked and reconciled. Context: Legal Fees. Entails: Invoices, Receipts, Credit Line Statements, Loan Statements, Trust Payments, Payments to be reimbursed/ reimburse, Upcoming, Repayments, Payment Installments (1 case), Direct/ Indirect categorisation of costs, Line Item to Cost Agreement reconciliation model setup. (e.g. $100 per hour in cost agreement. Line item might state qty 0.5, so total line item value would be $50.) Must be in Excel. OneDrive access. MS Teams communication preferred.

We need an excel guru to streamline our stock update process for our online store. We receive an excel spreadsheet of product price and stock levels and ETAs for those not in stock. We want to create a system that enables us to cross-check these daily reports with an export from our shopify system to identify any anomolies between our supplier's data and our own. This way we can update stock that has changed in status, without having to go through every single item.
