I am looking for an experienced automation and workflow expert to help me build processes within Microsoft 365 for the tasks below. The project will use Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive. I run a business where I have regular meetings with my customers. Before each meeting, I would send them a Form to complete and an agenda for the meeting. Once they complete the Form, it will be stored on my OneDrive folder for that customer and the responses they give will be populated on an Excel spreadsheet for that customer. During my meeting with the customer, I will take meeting minutes with action items and then send the minutes to them after the meeting. I would like to automate as much of this as I can. What I would like to build : - Customer to receive a meeting agenda 2 weeks before the meeting with an invitation to complete a Form before I meet with them. - I need their responses to the Form to be automatically populated in an Excel Spreadsheet that I keep for them in my OneDrive - The Form to be automatically saved into OneDrive - The meeting agenda I send before the meeting will contain Action items from previous meeting, discussion points I set for that meeting. - After the meeting (on Teams), I would like to build a process to automate the taking of meeting minutes through CoPilot/Teams transcription and AI summary. The notes need to be more detailed. To the extent possible, I would like the meeting notes to be populated in the relevant discussion points on the agenda. I need to minutes to have action items that i can assign into Planner. Ideal Candidate: Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Teams, OneDrive, Excel, Planner Problem solvers who can suggest better ways to do things or other Apps within 365. Excellent communication and testing skills.

We’re a company looking to streamline our project setup process using automation. Currently, when a new project is initiated through a Microsoft Form (connected to a Microsoft List), we manually: 1. Set up a project in Harvest (our time tracking tool) – copying most details from the form 2. Create (empty) project folder (and empty sub folders) in SharePoint for the project 3. Create a draft invoice in Xero We’d like to automate this process, potentially using Microsoft Power Automate and APIs (we know this might require some custom integration, especially for Harvest and Xero). We're not looking for someone to just "do it for us" — ideally, you'd be open to working with me and explaining along the way so we can learn and maintain it myself in future.
