Objective: To build a daily automated Potential Trust-to-Office (T2O) Compliance Report that connects Clio Manage, SharePoint, and Xero via Zapier. The automation must pull live matter, trust, and compliance data from Clio and Xero, and export it into a workbook stored in SharePoint. Requirements: Expert-level understanding of Clio Manage’s data structure and API. Sound knowledge of NSW Law Society trust accounting principles. Configure a Zap that: Runs automatically each day at 6:30 AM (AEST). Pulls all open matters from Clio. For each matter, retrieves: Matter ID, Client Name, Matter Name, Responsible Lawyer. Unbilled Amount (sum of unbilled activities). Trust balance and transaction details (including date of dispatch). Custom fields: Trust Authority – signed & saved, Cost Disclosure – signed & saved. Uses Matter ID as the unique key to create or update one row per matter. Cross-checks consultant invoices in Xero to confirm work has been completed before inclusion. Exports results to Excel Online (Business) in SharePoint, with: Correct column mapping and AUD currency formatting. Auto-calculated Amount Below Minimum formula. A Last Updated timestamp. Outcome: A fully functional, audit-ready Trust-to-Office Compliance Report that automatically updates each morning. The report must accurately identify matters eligible for trust-to-office transfer, verify consultant invoice completion, and flag any missing compliance documents. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience integrating Clio Manage, Xero, and Microsoft 365 (Excel Online / SharePoint) via Zapier. Strong understanding of Australian legal trust accounting compliance. Ability to deliver a clean, reliable, and maintainable automation ASAP!!! Over the weekend would be ideal.
