I am looking for a metal fabricator to create a custom-fit, removable cover for an ice well in my kitchen island. The purpose is to use the surface as a glassware drying rack. Key Specifications: Dimensions: The well is 740mm (length) and 145mm width so will need to cover that and have a few mm on all sides to cover over the edge. Ideal Material: Marine Grade Stainless Steel (must be rust-proof). Thickness: 2 mm to 3mm and must be rigid enough to support a full load of glassware without bowing. Happy to take guidance on grade and thickness. Design: Drop-in Flange: A small lip (approx. 10-15 mm on all sides so the tray sits securely on the countertop. See attached photo for the ideal design. Perforation: Round perforated drainage holes throughout the main body. Lifting Mechanism: Two oval finger holes positioned in the dead-center of the tray, spaced for a "pinch-grip" lift (thumb and forefinger) similar to the existing openings shown in the second photo, to allow easy lifting and removal of the cover. Finish: Brushed finish to match standard kitchen appliances. All edges must be deburred and polished smooth to prevent scratching the stone or glassware. Requirements: Please provide photos of previous custom stainless steel work. Quote should include materials, fabrication, and delivery (although if you are close to where I live I am happy to pick up). Must be able to provide a clean, high-end finish suitable for a modern kitchen. More specific: Style: Drop-in tray with a 15 mm lip to sit on top of the stone benchtop. Drainage: Laser-cut perforated hole pattern (staggered round holes). Lifting Handle: Two oval slots in the center separated by a solid 15mm "bridge" for a one-handed pinch grip. Finish: Brushed finish, all edges must be deburred and rounded (no sharp edges). Material: 2.5mm or 3mm thick 316 Stainless Steel for rigidity.

Microwave has power. When setting timer and pushing start. The microwave trips the fuse and loses power to kitchen. I have taken the cover off microwave and unable to determine cause of issue. Note some small cockroaches got inside. Unsure if related. It is a Panasonic microwave Note the grey box part is melted. Unsure if only requires this replaced
