I would like for someone to quote. For the plastering of walls of a one bedroom bedsit to be plastered for the bedroom, living room and kitchen. Plastering of a bedroom, kitchen some base coat needs to be completed in these areas before the finish, as we took more than surface off walls. Someone else is doing the ceilings , someone else is doing broading and skimmng of ceiling. The bedsit kitchen will have a few double plugs putting in at kitchen work top level. The radiators are off. I will need to see CSCS card, and photo's of your previous work. At the moment Understand that i am 300 miles away from the job, you will be given my worker what's appl and make the arrangement with him to view the job, no calls Only message him, as his English is something to be worked on. Make sure you facetime on Apple/What's appl video call me. When you are at the job, so we can speak remotely. After seeing flat,there are two further small area's firstly after the main steps to the front door. Once through the front door of building there about 15 steps leading to a small storage area 2.8 m x 1.6 m ( heading out the back side ) above kitchen of upper ground floor flat, this small area needs to be plastered and finally in the first floor flat the small corridor area before to the right as you come in ( where shelves used to be ). Next to the toilet.

1. Wardrobe door has come off its hinges - it is big and heavy and I think it may need stronger fixings 2. I would like a rack in the shower for gel and shampoo etc and would like this fixed in which would involve drilling into tiles 3. There maybe other minor things Thank you!
