Hello, We are looking for a licensed QLD electrician to attend our retail store, in Australia Fair Shopping Centre, to replace a faulty track light. The Issue: One of the black, cylindrical track spotlights on our main sales floor has stopped working. As this is an integrated LED unit, the entire fitting needs to be replaced. The Job: The task is to supply and install a new, like-for-like replacement for the faulty track light. The scope of work includes: 1. Safely accessing the light fitting on the high ceiling track (a suitable ladder is required). 2. Removing the faulty light fitting from the track. 3. Supplying and installing a new, compatible black cylindrical track light fitting. 4. Ensuring the replacement light matches the existing ones in style, colour temperature, and brightness as closely as possible. 5. Testing the new light to confirm it is fully operational. Please note: The successful contractor must be able to source and supply the correct replacement light fitting as part of their service. The cost of the new light should be included in your offer. Requirements: - MUST be a fully licensed and insured QLD Electrician. - You must be able to provide your license number for verification. - You must have your own tools, including an A-frame ladder appropriate for a high commercial ceiling. - Experience with commercial track lighting systems is essential. Hi, I’m in Mickleham/Craigieburn. Looking for a mobile tech to diagnose a caravan rooftop A/C. Unit: Dometic/ B2600. Symptoms: powers up (amber/orange standby). When Cool/Heat is commanded, it faults and returns to standby. Relay clicks on PCB. Indoor blower runs then trips on start up. I haven’t observed the rear condenser fans running in Cool. History: previously blew cold, then started tripping. Old debris/nesting around rear fan area (now cleaned). Work done: replaced run capacitor like-for-like (same µF). PCB previously checked during thermistor replaced Found a corroded 2-pin connector near valve/resistor area.
