All the garden fence panels in the photos need sanding down in preparation for painting. Including the, shed, back gate, side gate, driveway gates and fence kick boards. Both sides of all gates. The fence covered in leaves will have the leaves removed before hand. The intention is to remove the algae from the fence and also take a layer off the existing stain/paint so that the new paint sticks well. Electric sander is required for the job. The can be supplied but would prefer to if airtasker provide with sandpaper. Happy to add extra £ for the sandpaper.

Looking for an experienced finish carpenter or private builder for a fixed-price labor-only project in London. We need to convert a standard metal garden shell shed into a high-end, Scandinavian-style wellness recovery room featuring an insulated timber-lined interior and a boxed-in cold plunge pool. Scope of Work: 1. Insulation & Vapor Barrier: Fit insulation boards between the metal frame ribs, install a continuous plastic vapor barrier sheet, and seal all joints with foil tape. 2. Timber Stud Framing: Frame out the internal walls and ceiling ready to accept timber cladding. 3. Cold Plunge Box Enclosure: Build a structural timber frame to enclose a 4ft/5ft oval plastic stock tank. This must include a wide, solid timber top-lip/decking rim around the edge of the tank to hide the plastic lips and look premium. 4. T&G Cladding Finish: Install Tongue & Groove cladding across all walls, the ceiling, and the face of the tub box enclosure. Must use secret nailing (no visible screws on the faces). 5. Seating & Trim: Build a simple, sturdy matching timber bench next to the tub and install neat corner trims/architraves around the door frame. Important Notes for Applicants: - LABOR ONLY: We will supply 100% of the materials, insulation, fixings, and the tub. Everything will be sitting on-site ready to go. - SITE READY: The shed will be completely emptied, swept, and cleared before Day 1 so you can start framing immediately. - QUALITY FIRST: This is for a boutique wellness brand, so we require an immaculate, clean spa finish with precise joints and hidden fixings. Please provide examples of your previous carpentry, finish, or lining work when making an offer. Looking to start as soon as possible.

I have 2 large trees in my garden. I need them trimmed down to make them safe. One I believe is a sweet chestnut tree with large branches overhanging next door neighbours. Some dead areas. Needs to be cut back a lot. Other tree I think is an oak, tall tree, that needs to be cut back and leaves reduced. Some minor trimming of lower trees too, just cut back and tidy. One small tree is pushing into rear fence from next door that will also need to be cut back. No restrictions exist from council.
