Looking for someone to supply and install a small outdoor calisthenics setup in my garden in Forest Hill / SE23. I’m looking for a handyman experienced with DIY/roofing to finish the roof of an already mostly-built wooden gazebo in my garden. The gazebo is approximately 3m x 3m and around 2.5m high. The main frame and roof structure are already built, but the gazebo was left unfinished while we were away for around a year. Work required: * Re-secure/re-nail any roof panels/boards that have become loose or disconnected, making sure the roof is properly secured together. * Fit the roofing membrane/felt underlay over the roof. * Install the roof shingles over the membrane to finish the roof. * Make sure everything is properly secured and the roof is left complete and tidy. Materials: All required materials are already provided, including the roof pieces/panels, membrane, shingles, nails and other necessary fittings. You will need to bring your own tools and ladder(s) suitable for working at approximately 2.5m height. You are welcome to bring another person to help you if required, particularly because of the size and height of the gazebo. Payment: £175 total for completion of the job. Payment will be made 100% upon satisfactory completion of the agreed work. Ideally looking for someone who can complete this efficiently and leave the gazebo roof fully finished and secure.

Hello, I’m looking for someone to tile the path and garden to the front of my house. The pathway will be black and white checkerboard style. The garden (which is now soil) will be tiled in 600 x 900 x 20 mm grey outdoor tiles. I have purchased all tiles and grout and happy to purchase whatever else is needed. Likely sand and cement/ adhesive. Between the path and the garden is a boarder which we will retain although part of the boarder has slipped and needs adjusting. Around the plants in the front garden we will also like to have a boarder separating these plants and the larger outdoor tiles. I need to purchase these boarders. Below these plants some old boarders still exist and need digging out. On the path I envisage the new tiles to go on top of the old tiles rather than smashing the old tiles off. I believe that is possible to do with the correct adhesive. No desperate rush for the work to be done as soon as possible would be good. Parking will be covered in street. Many thanks. Tom
