Mount the 4 floating shelves securely to the wall. Mount a TV to the wall. The TV bracket has already been purchased and will be provided. Conceal the TV cables using a cable cover which will be provided. Install 2 wall hooks for hanging a stroller. Mount 1 painting to the wall. I’m looking for an experienced carpenter/joiner or media wall specialist to build a high-quality, modern media wall in my living room. Location: Beckenham, Kent Scope of work * Build a bespoke chimney breast/media wall against an existing load-bearing wall. * Overall wall width: 2,740 mm (with a chimney breast to be installed at either 1,8m or 2,3m). * Install my supplied electric fireplace. * Prepare for TV installation. * Conceal all cables, including power and TV connections. * Install IKEA LED strip lighting * Plaster and prepare the media wall ready for painting. Design I’m aiming for a clean, contemporary, premium look with: * A slim chimney breast. * No shelves or cupboards. * Minimalist design with crisp edges. * Hidden cable management. * A high-end finish suitable for a modern home. The bottom of the fireplace needs to be installed approximately 500 mm above the finished floor. What I’m looking for Please only apply if you have experience building bespoke media walls. Approx 26.5m² of large-format outdoor porcelain to be laid over an existing concrete base at my SE13 property (two zones — photos available on request). I'm supplying the tiles (90×90cm, 20mm rustic terracotta-effect porcelain, 37 slabs / ~30m²). Labour + consumables only (slurry primer, adhesive, grout, any levelling materials). Two zones: 2.7m × 3.3m (8.9m²) and 2.25m × 7.8m (17.5m²). Scope: Lay onto existing concrete base — please assess soundness (no drummy/hollow areas), cracks and falls on your visit. Small step between the two zones to be ramped into a gentle slope so there's no trip — flush transition not required. Cut out and make good the crumbling brick/concrete edge at the junction. Correct falls for drainage — water must run away from the house, no pooling. Full adhesive bed + slurry primer (essential for porcelain), levelling clips to control lippage. Work neatly around the soil pipe at the corner; keep drainage clear. Cut tiles at edges — wet saw / rail cutter needed. Only ~4 spare tiles, so dry-lay and plan cuts. Exterior-grade grout/jointing. Must have large-format outdoor porcelain experience — please confirm when quoting. Access: [through house / side gate — confirm]. No off-street parking (pay & display / permit bays on street).

The tiling is to be done to the rendered sections either side and to the front of the bay window, and round each side of the bay, plus 2 lengths either side of the door.
