The front door latch comes loose, the two screws holding the unit in place are going into threaded wood so they come loose regularly. Screwing them back in just fixes it in place temporarily. Similarly, the swing bar lock was screwed into threaded wood and has now come off completely. It cannot be screwed back in and is not useable. I would like to know whether these can be fixed. There is also a loose door handle on one of the bedroom doors which is made of extremely thin and weak wood.

PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION BEFORE QUOTING. We need someone to fit and paint preprimed skirting throughout our house (floorplan attached, we need skirting everywhere except kitchen, bathrooms and loft room), in some places filler will be required at the bottom of the wall to blend the skirting. There is now a fitted wardrobe in the master bedroom the skirting will need to go around this. There is also skirting missing from one stair that will need to be replaced (the rest of the stairs skirting is still intact) - see photo. We will supply all skirting, glue, filler, caulk and paint. Keen to get this done properly, so very open to offers from the right expert. Photos included of some of the rooms. We now have furniture in but will move it out the way. There are two taps to replace: 1. downstairs Bathroom sink tap 2. Kitchen tap. The existing one is leaking. 3. Attic bulb is not working; replace or fix that. I will provide taps and a light bulb. 4. Kitchen cooker's oven part is not working; I think its coil needs to be changed. Anybody who can do all, or some parts, please share your quote. Parking is not an issue.
