Hi Leon, This is Gary regarding the extension of the current benchtop. I have a few questions before proceeding: 1. Is the $650 inclusive of all materials and labour (I will buy the induction stove and oven by myself)? 2. I would like the new benchtop height to match the existing one exactly. 3. I plan to purchase a new oven and place it under the benchtop. How would this section be constructed to accommodate the oven? 4. Would you recommend that I purchase the induction stove first before the work begins? 5. During the benchtop installation, will you allow space and access for the stove and oven electrical wiring? Looking for one experienced labourer for demolition and strip-out work at an old house in Mosman. Work includes pulling down old rendered ceilings, scraping lime mortar render off brick walls, and general clean-up loading debris into a skip bin. This is dusty demolition work, so you need to be comfortable working in that environment and able to get stuck in. Must have basic construction site experience, ideally demolition or strip-out work. Please bring dust mask, gloves, and basic PPE. Basic tools such as pinch bars and jackhammers will be available on site. Start 7:00am till 3pm in Mosman. Looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and experienced with demolition work.
