We have 4 identical small sensor PCBs (110 x 80 mm) that need through-hole soldering - about 70 joints per board, ~280 total. All parts supplied in labeled bags: axial diodes and resistors, disc and electrolytic caps, coin supercaps, female pin-header sockets, screw terminals, and one small module on 4 pins. What you'll do: 1. Solder the 4 boards following our illustrated step-by-step guide (board map, polarity rules, soldering order) - provided when you arrive. Someone is on hand the whole time for questions. 2. Send quick photo checkpoints in the chat as each stage completes (first board gets checked before you continue - catches any polarity slips early). 3. Clip leads, tidy up. Quality bar: clean wetted fillets, no bridges, correct polarity on diodes and caps. Setup: comfortable desk, good light. We have a soldering station, solder, flux and cutters - or bring your own iron if you prefer. Time: roughly 2-3 hours. Thursday afternoon preferred; we're flexible on the exact start time. Location: flat near Kings Cross (N1). Exact address and contact shared via Airtasker messages once assigned. You should have prior through-hole soldering experience (electronics hobbyist, electrician with an electronics background, PCB rework, etc). Mention your soldering experience in your offer - photos of past work are a big plus.
