I need to install a 110cm long aluminium strip curtain rail, made by John Lewis. they did not have the exact length i need so we will need to cut out a portion of the aluminium strip to make it fit above the window. I was told by John Lewis this would be very easy to do as the aluminium is very thin, but it means we need some sort of cutting implement. Otherwise, the job requires just a drill and should not take very long.

Job #1: I have Ikea pleated blinds to be installed on a set of two small windows. It's a somewhat complicated task, for which you’ll need to bring your own hacksaw (for trimming the blinds - instructions below). Job #2: one small curtain pole, for which you would need to bring your own drill and rawlplugs (suitable for external wall, ie solid masonry). Job #3: putting up two small picture shelves, again with your own rawlplugs (suitable to for internal wall, ie plasterboard). Thank you! p.s.
