We’re looking for an experienced handyman for a full day (or multiple days if needed) to help prepare and set up a property in NW10. The work includes a mix of light construction, flooring prep and general setup tasks. Tasks include: • Installing a wall-mounted pull-up bar between two internal walls (secure fixing required) • Removing existing astroturf flooring • Preparing the underlying concrete floor (including sanding / smoothing) • Applying a suitable floor finish (e.g. sealant or coating – open to recommendation) • Installing a curtain rail and curtain • Assembling and setting up 3 beds We are looking for someone: • Experienced and reliable • With their own tools • Comfortable with wall fixings and floor prep • Able to advise on best approach where needed We are open to: • Hourly rate (preferred) OR • Day rate Please include your: • Hourly / day rate • Availability • Relevant experience Materials can be provided, or we are happy for you to source and advise (to be agreed in advance). We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and can deliver a clean, professional finish.

I need curtains shortening for a bedroom that I have taken when I moved house. there are 3 curtains that need shortening, 2 for a bay window and one for a small single window. the curtains also have quite a few threads pulled from my cat and I'd like pulled through to the back, curtains are lined.
