Need someone with a jigsaw to cut these three shelves with a rounded corner, add some support on each end and divider near the basin. I've got the 28mm benchtop and also the melamine boards ready to cut. The space is tight, around 1450 x 220mm. I also have a cornice to be placed in the ceiling (high ceiling you will need to bring your ladder) Setting this task low to discuss the pricing / hours on site.

Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair several holes in the walls and ceiling, and replace some cornice in our house. There are 3 separate items: ========================================== Item 1: Patch and prepare walls for painting A 3/4 wall has been removed. Removing this has left some holes where it was attached to the room walls. "Item 1 - Left Wall" - Hole is ~90mm wide, but the damaged area is 160mm at widest point by 2180h. The two areas circled in red in the photo require filling too. If you think it is easier to simply replace the area with a bigger piece of plasterboard, the distance from the door trim to the light switch is 810mm. If possible would also like you to remove the two pieces of wall trim and replace with the single piece supplied. "Item 1 - Right Wall" - Hole is 150w by 100h, but the damaged area is 200mm at widest point by 2200h. It includes mesh tape stuck to the wall. ========================================== Item 2: Patch old halogen light fitting hole Power has been disconnected and light fitting is just sitting there to block the hole. Hole requires patching and made ready for painting. ========================================== Item 3: Replace Cornice 60mm cornice needs replacing and made ready for painting. Note in a few places the ceiling isn't flat. The doorway wall is 1775w, the smaller wall is 575w. The black hooks will be removed before you come. ========================================== Can provide more photos if anything isn't clear. Requirements: Experience with plaster repairs Use proper method (fill, tape if required, sand and smooth) Bring your own tools and materials Leave the surface ready for painting Location: Berwick Flexible with timing but would like the job done soon. I need to finish plaster/tape on already installed Gyprock boards on a garage ceiling. It is about 75 square meters. I need to prepare the area for painting, the ceiling edge should be nicely and clean aligned with the brick walls without cornice. I started the job however I don’t have time for this. I pay fix rate plus the materials cost with proper invoices. Please no BS as I have experience in renovation. Serious and reliable professionals only. Quote the whole job, including plastering, gyprocking few holes/cuts, taping, sanding and finishing ceiling edges. Thanks

Looking for an experienced plasterer to repair several cracks in the walls and ceiling of my house. Work required: • Repair a long horizontal crack along the wall near the ceiling cornice • Repair a vertical crack in the wall • Fix cracks along the cornice joints • Moving down lights and globe so need to patch the holes. Consider 6-10 ( one photo attached ) • Patch and smooth all areas so they are ready for painting Photos are attached to show the areas that need repair.
