Refitting an existing timber landing balustrade/banister around a stair opening. All the original newel posts, handrails and spindles are here, but they were removed before new carpet was fitted. I need the existing balustrade reassembled and, most importantly, the posts and spindles securely fixed back into the underlying timber through/around the new carpet. No new balustrade required unless any existing pieces are unusable.

I'm upgrading the CCTV. This job is the enabling work requiring power and network to the recorder position. CORE SCOPE (please quote for all of this) Electrical - Supply and install a compliant 13A three-pin socket (BS 1363) beside the CCTV recorder position - Supply and run the necessary cable, approx. 5m, from the nearest suitable point - Supply and fit covered trunking or tray for a neat finish - Issue a Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificate Network - Supply and run a Cat6 Ethernet cable from the router to the CCTV recorder position, approx. 15-20m to be confirmed on site - Terminate both ends and test the connection with a laptop Ring doorbell - Check and test the existing Ring doorbell power connection and report on its condition. It may need repair — tell me what's needed rather than assuming Testing - Confirm the new socket and the network point are both working before leaving OPTIONAL — quote separately if you can do it I'm also fitting a new Hikvision DVR and six to eight replacement cameras onto the existing coax cabling. If you're able to carry out that work as well, please quote it as a separate line. Equipment will be supplied by me. PRACTICAL - Ladder required; cameras and doorbell are at height - Bring a laptop or portable monitor to test the network point - Quote to include all labour and materials Please confirm your qualifications previous experience
