Hi there, I need to redecorate my living room. Ideally I would like to start on Fri 31st July but you could also start on Sat 1st August or Tuesday 4th August if that's more realistic. I'm giving a lot of detail but I just want to be transparent and clear from the get-go then I can leave you to get on with it. I need 2 walls painted and 2 walls need to be wallpapered (4 in total). I have a panoramic glass door leading out onto the patio / garden so around that needs to be painted too - and for this the curtain rail would need to be taken down and put up again - unless you can paint nicely around it. You would also need to paint around (and a little bit behind) 2 radiators but no need to remove these. The living room is 5.2 metres x 4.9 metres in size (it is an L shape). All of the furniture and kids toys would be moved to the middle of the room so please ignore all the clutter in the photos. However, you would need to take down the photos and photo-hooks on the walls and you would need to either take down or paint around 4 shelves. I would want the skirtings and door panel for the living room door done too but only one spot on the ceiling needs to be touched up / redone (10cm x 10 cm - very small). I need 2 coats of paints minimum on the wall (obviously). I need someone who can come with all of the paing brushers, rollers, spirit levels, wallpapering tools, masking tape ETC you need to come with all the tools you need but I can supply the wallpaper adhesive if needed. I have a small step-ladder (3 steps) but you will need to bring everything else. Thanks!!

I would like someone to: 1. fill any holes in the ceiling of my bathroom and paint white. The room measures 3m x 3m. 2. fill a hole in the wall and securely fit the skirting board (see photos) 3. paint polyvine varnish (2 coats) to the wallpaper (covers two-thirds of the wall on 4x walls) and finish with caulk where needed 4. Silicone around the vanity top (I don’t have any silicone) 5. fit 3x pendant light fittings (2 in the bedroom, 1 in the office) Please note all products listed are provided by me unless stated. You will just need your own tools/ladder!

I need two jobs done, ideally in one visit: 1. Curtain rail repair — A curtain rail has come loose/broken and needs to be re-secured or replaced. High ceiling 3.6m, no ladder. 2. Ceiling pulley laundry rack installation — I have a ceiling-mounted pulley airer (clothes drying rack) that needs installing. This must be fixed securely into solid ceiling joists/timber (not just plasterboard), as it will hold wet laundry. Please confirm you can identify joist locations and fix accordingly.
