I need a plaster repair following a previous leak (now fixed). Damage includes: • Bubbling plaster and paint on the wall next to a doorway/window reveal • Minor cracking and staining at the ceiling corner • Small vertical damp line in the wall corner Looking for someone to: • Remove loose/damaged plaster and paint • Patch and fill the affected areas • Skim to make smooth • Sand and prepare for painting (painting optional depending on quote) Area is relatively small – mainly the ceiling corner, wall corner and the wall around the doorway reveal (see photos). Some plaster on the doorway/window reveal edge has bubbled and may need rebuilding or skimming to make the edge straight. Please quote including labour and material

I'm looking for an experienced handyman, carpenter, or builder to complete several tasks in my flat. Please review all tasks carefully and provide a fixed total labour quote for the entire job (number of days can be estimated by you).
