Hello, We are looking for an experienced painter or skilled handyman to repair and paint a damaged section of wall at our retail store, in Strathpine Centre. The Issue: The removal of a previous light box has left screw holes, scuffs, and peeled paint on the wall of our sales floor. We need this area professionally patched and painted to restore the clean appearance of the store. The Job: The task is to repair the damaged wall section for a seamless finish. The scope of work includes: 1. Preparing the damaged area by cleaning, filling all holes, and sanding the patches perfectly smooth. 2. Spot-priming the repaired areas as needed. 3. Applying one or two top coats of the specified paint, feathering the edges to ensure an invisible blend with the existing wall. Paint Specification: Please refer to the attached spec. photo Requirements: - MUST have experience with high-quality interior wall repairs and patch painting. - You must supply all necessary tools and materials, including filler, sandpaper, and a small quantity of the specified Dulux paint. - Must work cleanly and professionally, using drop sheets to protect the TV and fixtures below. - Public liability insurance is required. Hi, need few things to be done at my townhouse PLEASE for Labour only 1. My carpet got wet and hence news ro remove 3m*1 m piece, replace underlay and reinstall carpet as is 2. Replace a standaed door lock for a bathroom 3. A 0.5 metre small wooden plank on balcony wall, near floor is getting rotten, need to replace it and paint just that piece 4.
