I have some laminate flooring that has been mistakenly cut incorrectly in one section, and as a result doesn't quite fit around the toilet basin in the room - but we also have some off-cuts and I *believe* it should be possible to lay down the flooring in two parts (most likely with with some adhesive to secure it). One part of the bath panel has also been fitted on a wonk as well and could do with being fixed, or otherwise made good. The last thing we would need is some sealant to be set down where the flooring meets the bath/shower to protect leakage.

I’m looking for an experienced sheet vinyl installer to finish a parquet‑effect vinyl job I started… and then utterly messed up during the stencil cutting stage. I have managed to save most of it but, rather than make a bigger mess, I’d like a pro to finish. What needs doing: - Lay a 1.3m x 0.5 section of sheet vinyl and double cut with current edge and match pattern. - Fix 3 small areas where pieces need double cutting and matching. Looking for: Someone confident with sheet vinyl, double‑cut seams, and pattern matching — especially parquet designs. I have loads of offcuts that easily cover required area with needed pattern.

I'm the owner of a second floor flat in Stoke Newington. I have an issue with some discolouration and raising of wood flooring near a balcony area (see pictures). This seems to be caused by some kind of water ingress from the outside balcony, possibly due to defective seal on the door. I need to understand what is causing the problem and a cost effective fix.
