I will be on hand to help out with labour to make the job easier and faster. - Labour only (all materials supplied) - Includes underlay + laminate install - Room will be fully cleared before work starts - Carpet will be removed before hand Straightforward job Access is easy and parking nearby. Hi, we have a Persian carpet roughly 2.5m x 3.5m that has been damaged over the years of it being stored away, it seems there are mould and various green streaks along the carpet. Looking for someone to install laminate flooring in a loft bedroom (approx 6m x 4m, ~24m², its smaller than that). I will be on hand to help out throughout with labour to speed up the work. - Labour only - Room narrows then expands - Includes underlay + laminate install - Room will be fully cleared before work starts, carpet will be removed - Subfloor is flat and ready, no prep required Straightforward job. Access is easy and parking nearby. Looking for a fixed total price (not hourly). Ideally someone who can complete in half a day. I have two other rooms (4x4 + 4x3 plus a tiny hallway) that need doing too, down the line, so more work later.

I have junkers 14 mm thick solid oak twin herringbone that needs to be fitted in my current room the current room already has carpet so that will need to be removed and disposed off. The subfloor is a concrete screed. There is under the floor heating. I’ve already have the wood and the adhesive.(wakol ms260) if a primer is needed I will provide it (wakol ms330) there is skirting that needs to be removed as well, but it does not need to be re-fitted. Also, if possible, there’s also a built-in wardrobe in the bedroom if that could be removed and disposed off would be great.
