I’m looking for an experienced carpet fitter to trim and re-lay an existing carpet after fitted wardrobes have been installed. Job details: * Trim the carpet neatly along the front edge of the new wardrobes. * The wardrobes also project out slightly on the right-hand side, so the carpet will need to be cut to follow this shape. See photos. * Re-stretch and re-lay the carpet for a tidy, professional finish. * Install gripper rods where required. * Ensure there are no ripples or loose edges and that the carpet is securely fixed.

Urgent fitted wardrobe removal in a bedroom in Clapham / SW4. Scope: - dismantle and remove fitted wardrobe, including sliding mirrored doors, tracks, rails, shelving and fixed framing - ideally dispose of the removed materials; if disposal is extra, please quote that separately - make good affected coving, skirting, walls and ceiling so the area is ready for me to paint - leave the floor area tidy and ready for a carpet fitter If you can only do the dismantling/removal and not the making-good, please still make an offer and explain what is included. Please only offer if you have experience with fitted wardrobes / carpentry or similar work, and can work carefully around coving, skirting and plaster. Public liability insurance preferred.
